Job Description: Wool&Prince is looking for an individual with 1 to 2 years of customer-facing work experience. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will listen to and learn what customers need, be a creative and informed problem-solver, and make every interaction a delightful experience for the customer. Your passion for our brand, merino wool, and living simply will be evident in your communication. 20 to 30 hrs a week. Ability to check customer service channels three to four times a day (ie morning, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and evening) and spend around 10 to 45 minutes supporting customers each session.
Responsibilities: -Support, inform and educate our customers via email and social media -Update and report on KPIs (such as refund rate, exchange rate, customer suggestions, etc). -Delight customers with prompt, thorough responses -Anticipate what the customer needs in each interaction -Coordinate with other departments and team members to resolve customer questions -Stay updated on company products and the product development pipeline -Constantly be learning skills to support and improve customer experience
Qualifications: -Invested in thoughtful consumerism and sustainable living -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -1 to 2 years of customer facing work experience About you: You're hungry for new experiences, enjoy learning on the fly, and you can make an impact right away. You are personable, detail oriented, creative, and an initiative-taker. You're a team player who passes the airport test.
