Shipping Deadlines (from EU warehouse):

You will receive a tracking number within three business days of purchase. You can expect your order in approximately 8-12 business days.

Note: some locations closest to our warehouse in the Netherlands may receive orders faster than stated shipping deadlines.

Holiday Return Policy:

Purchases made between November 1, 2023 and Dec 31, 2023 have an extended return period. These purchases may be returned by either January 10, 2024 or 30 days after delivery, whichever is later. All other terms of our standard “Return Policy” still apply.
