Our lightest, most popular fabric. We like to use the 18.5 micron fiber with solid colored shirts for it’s superior durability and wrinkle resistance. And we like the 17.5 micron fiber for plaid shirts because of the superior hand feel.
Structure: Plain weave
Content: 100% merino wool (Australia)
Micron: 17.5 or 18.5 micron
Weight: 130gsm
We like the twill construction for it’s durability, texture, and drape. It’s a favorite for our versatile work shirts and has a more casual look than our Plain Weave fabric.
Structure: Twill Weave
Content: 100% merino wool (Australia)
Micron: 18.5 micron
Weight: 170gsm
The Midweight is most similar in weight and look to a traditional cotton oxford. The 210 weight gives this shirt a beautiful drape and increased durability.
Structure: Plain Weave
Content: 100% merino wool (Australia)
Micron: 17.5 micron
Weight: 210gsm
Our most versatile merino knit fabric. It drapes beautifully, it’s durable, and it still fights odors. We wrapped two small nylon filaments around a wool core to reduce pilling and shrinkage commonly found in 100% merino knits.
Structure: Single Jersey
Content: 78% merino wool (Australia), 22% 6.6 nylon
Micron: 17.5 micron
Weight: 160gsm
This is our knit fabric for the wool purists out there. Compared to the blended 78/22 knit fabric, the 100% will have a more luxurious hand feel and drape, but it won't be as durable. We recommend hand washing with this 100% merino knit.
Structure: Jersey Knit
Content: 100% merino wool (Australia)
Micron: 17.5 micron
Weight: 205gsm - 220gsm
